Establish a robust and scalable Web3-native AI network—the Chain AI Network—that serves as the execution and settlement layer for agents. This includes coordinating decentralized compute, storage, and verification so that critical agent logic can run with on-chain guarantees.

Empowering Builders

Provide developers with the Chain AI Agent Framework, a comprehensive and user-friendly stack for building, deploying, and managing agents. This lowers the barrier to entry for AI development on-chain and fosters a vibrant community of protocol and application builders.

Community-driven Ecosystem

Cultivate a self-sustaining and decentralized community through an individual-centric DAO (iDAO). Community members participate in governance of the protocol and key parameters, including staking programs, upgrade decisions, and ecosystem grants.

Data Sovereignty and Monetization

Introduce and expand the Data Anchoring Token (DAT) standard, allowing individuals and organizations to tokenize their data, track usage, and receive transparent compensation when agents consume those datasets. The DAT Marketplace facilitates efficient discovery and pricing of these assets.

Secure and Verifiable AI

Implement a Verified Computing Framework that ensures the integrity and privacy of AI computations, both on-chain and off-chain. This enables the use of sensitive data and proprietary models while preserving security and building trust in agent behavior.

AI Agent Launchpad

Create a dedicated launchpad for AI agents, helping developers raise capital, onboard early users, and graduate projects into liquid, traded on-chain assets. The launchpad also gives users a curated way to discover and back new agents.

Fostering a Fair and Transparent AI Economy

Create a new economic model for AI where value is distributed fairly among all participants—data providers, model authors, agent operators, and community members. By leveraging blockchain primitives, we aim to make the AI supply chain transparent and to ensure contributions are recognized and rewarded in CAI.
